Aerial China Season 1 Poster

Xinjiang is China's largest province by land area. There are Kunlun Mountains in the south, Altai Mountains in the north, and Tianshan Mountains in the middle. Between these three mountains are the two largest basins in China.

Our aerial journey starts from Tianshan Mountain to explore the mystery of water giving birth to life. Get close to Bogda Peak at an altitude of 5,000 meters, visit Tianchi in the ice and snow, and fly west into the Bayinbulak Grassland, the largest grassland in Xinjiang.

From Urumqi to Shihezi, fly over a colorful land. In the canyon area, watch how the river paints the earth.

In the desperate desert situation of northern Xinjiang, there are not only the devil cities of natural sculptures, but also the miracle cities created by humans. Enter Kalamaili, catch up with Mongolian wild donkeys that can run faster than wolves, and find the last remaining wild horse population on earth.

Flying along the Altai Mountains, we will collect stories about people and nature.

Fly up to the snow-capped mountains to experience the inspiration of the origin of skiing, and explore Kanas Lake from the air where the legendary water monster lives. Head to Fuhai to see the superb fishing techniques of fishermen. Follow the Kazakh herdsmen on their journey to transition.

Once upon a time, an ancient Silk Road extending westward carried all people's passion and imagination for distant places. Today, Xinjiang has become the core area of the "New Silk Road", which will reconnect the world on an unprecedented scale.
