The Flaming Mountain blocked the way for Tang Monk and his disciples to go west. Only the banana fan of Princess Iron Fan could put out the fire, create wind and rain. The Monkey King thought that he would be able to get his wish by borrowing the fan because he had sworn brotherhood with the Bull Demon King. However, the princess blew him away 90,000 miles away, all the way to the Small Xumi Mountain. The second time Wukong borrowed the fan, he turned into a small insect and entered the princess' stomach with the tea. The princess was in unbearable pain and had to agree to borrow the fan. But the fan he borrowed was a fake one, and the more he fanned, the bigger the fire.
