They are: Michael David Rosenblum, the chef of Lang Pan Xuan, from the United States; Chen Hanzong, the founder of Oyster Gate Nine Styles and "Oyster Master"; Jason Liu, the chef of Linglong, from Taipei; and Chen Kentaro, the third-generation head of Sichuan Restaurant, from Tokyo.
